    Well, yes and no. If you want your site centered, then no, because it adjusts so it's always in the center.

    However if your site is aligned to the left or right, then it wont move.

    Place content inside containers, with fixed dimension values.

    No, CSS containers.
    Just have a class with a fixed width of say 800 px and put all of the body in it.

    In your css you would want something like...
    Code:
    #container {
          width: 800px;
           anyothershit;
    }
    Then just wrap all of your html in
    Code:
    <div id="container"></div>
    [center:5vxp2rwi][/center:5vxp2rwi]
